Who runs this site

eventOracle is a project of VIVANET, registered in Pune, India. Contact: atyourservice@vivanet.in.

What data we collect

eventOracle is designed to collect as little personal information as possible:

• No account, no signup. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, or any other identifier to view the site.
• Reactions are stored only in your own browser. If you tap 👍 or 👎 on a prediction, that choice is saved in your device's localStorage and never sent to our servers.
• Server logs. When you visit eventoracle.in, the hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.
• No tracking pixels or marketing cookies. The site does not currently embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other behavioral tracking.

What we don't collect

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Payment information (we don't sell anything)
• Sensitive personal data as defined by India's DPDP Act 2023

Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Your browser may set technical cookies as part of normal HTTPS operation, which we don't control or read.

Sharing your data

Because we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to share with third parties.

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR)

You have the right to ask whether we hold any data about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email us at atyourservice@vivanet.in. We'll respond within the period required by applicable law (typically 30 days under DPDP, 30 days under GDPR).

Children

This site contains football predictions presented as entertainment, including astrological commentary. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we ever start collecting more data — for example by adding accounts, email subscriptions, or analytics — we will update this page and note the change date at the top.
